MANZO ALLA SENAPE

Strofinare con sale e Pepe 4 fette di manzo di 150 g ciascuna. Scaldare 150 g di strutto (o burro) e farvi appassire dentro 1 cipolla tritata, aggiungere la carne e farla rosolare sui due lati. Unire 1 cucchiaino di Senape disciolto in 2 cucchiai di aceto e 2 cucchiai di acqua, 2 foglie di Alloro, 2 Chiodi di Garofano e 1 cucchiaino di Pepe in grani. Incoperchiare e abbassare al minimo la fiamma. Far cuocere per 2 ore, rivoltando la carne ogni mezz'ora. Si serve con verze stufate.
