MANZO IN SALSA VERDE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g carne di manzo lessa
prezzemolo
aglio
aceto bianco
4 cucchiai olio
3 cucchiai Maionese
2 uova
2 Acciughe
25 g Capperi
funghetti sott'olio

Affettare sottilmente la carne e disporla su un piatto largo. Tritare finemente una manciata di prezzemolo con 1 spicchio di aglio, Capperi e Acciughe e condire con sale, Pepe, olio e 1 cucchiaino di aceto. Sbattere la salsa con una frusta per 10' e unirvi la Maionese. Servire la carne con la salsa, i funghetti e le uova sode a fettine.
