MANZO LESSO

manzo_lesso Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1.2 kg carne di manzo (culatta, costata o coscia)
carota
sedano
cipolla
Chiodi di Garofano
Pepe
sale

Mettere in 3.5 l d'acqua circa, salata e in ebollizione, il manzo con tutte le verdure e le Spezie. Lasciare cuocere adagio per 2 o 3 ore schiumando sovente. Servire quando, pungendo con una forchetta, la carne risulterà tenera e cedevole.
