MANZO ALLE CIPOLLE

manzo_cipolle Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

750 g scamone di manzo
4 cipolle
1/2 bicchiere scarso olio
sale
Pepe

Porre il pezzo di carne in una pentola che lo contenga quasi di misura. Unire le cipolle tagliate a metà, condire con olio, sale e Pepe. Coprire abbastanza ermeticamente e cuocere per 2 ore e mezza. Passare le cipolle e il fondo di cottura al frullatore e versare la salsa sulla carne.
