MANZO ALLA CANNELLA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

600 g costata di manzo disossata
1/2 bicchiere olio
1/2 cucchiaio Cannella in polvere
sale

Mettere in una pentola 2 lt. di acqua, salare, portare ad ebollizione ed immergervi il manzo.

Far cuocere per circa 1 ora e mezza a fuoco moderato, far freddare e tagliare a fette.

Sbattere l'olio con il sale, unire la Cannella, versare questa salsina sulla carne e servire.
