LONZA AL PORTO

lonza_Porto Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

50 g pancetta
aglio
cipolla
Rosmarino
Salvia
olio
burro
500 g lonza
Porto
sale
farina
1 bicchiere brodo
salsa worcester

Tritare la pancetta con aglio, cipolla, Rosmarino e Salvia. Rosolare il trito con olio e burro, unire la lonza a listarelle, spruzzare con un po' di Porto e far evaporare. Salare, spolverizzare di farina, bagnare con il brodo e cuocere per 15'. Infine insaporire con salsa worcester.
