Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 hg Bresaola
4 Tomini freschi oppure 400 g di ricotta
olio
Pepe

Amalgamate i Tomini in una scodella con olio e Pepe, spalmate la salsa sulle fettine di Bresaola, arrotolatele e disponetele sul piatto di portata. Sono già pronti!
