INSALATA DI TACCHINO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

250 g fesa di tacchino lessata
100 g formaggio (caciotta)
1 pomodoro
6 cetriolini sott'aceto
1 spicchio aglio
prezzemolo
1 peperone sott'aceto
olio
sale
Pepe

Tagliate la fesa lessata in precedenza, il pomodoro, il formaggio, i cetriolini e il peperone a listarelle, tritate l'aglio e il prezzemolo. Mettete tutto in una Terrina, salate, pepate, condite con olio d'oliva, mescolate e tenete in frigo un paio d'ore prima di servire.
