INSALATA DI CARNE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

400 g carne
2 uova
25 g Capperi
2 cipolline novelle
2 cetriolini sott'aceto
qualche mandorla
1 spicchio aglio
Basilico
prezzemolo
Senape
olio
aceto
sale
Pepe

Lessare la carne, tagliarla a fettine, metterla in un'insalatiera, cospargerla con Basilico, prezzemolo, aglio e cipolline tritati e unire le uova rassodate, sgusciate e tagliate a rondelle, i cetriolini, i Capperi e le mandorle.

Condire con la Senape, l'olio, l'aceto, il sale e il Pepe, lasciar insaporire per qualche ora e servire.
