HAMBURGER ALLO SHERRY

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 Beefburger Findus
1/2 bicchiere sherry
1 mestolo brodo
50 g burro
farina
sale

Far scaldare il burro in una padella, adagiarvi gli hamburger, far cuocere 5 minuti per parte, spruzzare con lo sherry, farlo evaporare, salare, versare il brodo e cuocere ancora 5 minuti. Levare gli hamburger, metterli in un piatto da portata, unire al fondo di cottura una noce di burro e un cucchiaino di farina, far addensare la salsa, versarla sulla carne e servire.
