GALLETTI ALLA GRIGLIA

galletti_griglia Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 galletti
olio
succo di limone
prezzemolo
Senape
pangrattato

Fiammeggiare e dividere a metà i galletti. Farli marinare per 2 ore con olio, succo di limone e un trito di prezzemolo. Sgocciolarli, spalmarli con un velo di Senape, passarli nel pangrattato e cuocerli su una griglia ben calda per 35', bagnandoli ogni tanto con la marinata.
