FILETTO SUPERGUSTO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 fette filetto di vitello da 150 gr l'una
olio
sale
Per la salsa:
1 ciuffo prezzemolo
1 ciuffo Basilico
4 cetriolini sott'aceto
6 Capperi sott'aceto
6 olive
Pepe
olio

Tritare finemente prezzemolo, Basilico, Capperi, cetriolini e olive. Mettere il composto in una tazza, pepare e amalgamare bene con 1 cucchiaio di olio. Ungere la griglia e cuocere le fettine da entrambi i lati. Sistemarle sul piatto da portata, salarle e coprirle con la salsa.
