FILETTO AI PISTACCHI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g filetto di Bue
25 g pistacchi
3--4 cucchiai olio
brodo
farina
sale

Tagliare a fette il filetto, batterle, infarinarle e metterle in un tegame con l'olio.

Far rosolare a fuoco vivo, salare, versarvi sopra i pistacchi spellati e tritati, bagnare con il brodo, far cuocere per 10--15 minuti e servire.
