FILETTO PICCANTE

Ingredienti:

Per 4 persone:

4 fette filetto di manzo da 150 g l'una
1 cipolla
30 g burro
3 cucchiai olio
1/2 bicchiere Brandy
Senape
1 cucchiaio Capperi
1 cucchiaio Pepe verde
sale

Tritare finemente la cipolla e farla imbiondire con olio e burro. Intanto spalmare la carne con la Senape, quindi ponetele nel tegame a rosolare; spruzzarle poi con il Brandy e cospargerle coi Capperi tritati e il Pepe verde leggermente schiacciato. Salare e cuocere circa 6 minuti per far evaporare il Brandy. Servire col sugo di cottura.
