FETTINE ALLA RUCOLA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 grande manciata rucola
olio
500 g fettine di manzo tagliate sottili
sale

Pulire e lavare la rucola. Scaldare l'olio e su fiamma vivace cuocere la carne 20 secondi per parte. Porla su un piatto di portata e salarla leggermente. Scaldare altri 2 cucchiai di olio nella stessa padella, unire la rucola, salare, mescolare, mettere un coperchio e cuocere per circa 1 minuto. Distribuire sulla carne e servire subito.
