FETTINE AL POMODORO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 fettine vitella
250 g pomodori pelati
1 spicchio aglio
prezzemolo
olio
sale

Far rosolare in padella l'aglio con l'olio; unire i pomodori, salare e far cuocere la salsa.

Adagiare nella padella le fettine di carne e portarle a cottura girandole da entrambi i lati e regolando di sale.

Cospargere con abbondante prezzemolo tritato e servire.
