COTOLETTE DI VITELLO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


4 cotolette di vitello
2 cucchiai olio
8 cuori di carciofi
prezzemolo
sale
Pepe
limone

Friggere le cotolette in olio bollente, salare, pepare e tenere in caldo.

Nello stesso olio scaldare i cuori dei carciofi tagliati a fette ed insaporire con il succo del limone.

Versare sulle cotolette e guarnire con il prezzemolo.
