COSCE DI POLLO MARINATE

cosce_pollo_marinate Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 cosce di pollo
1/2 l vino bianco
2 foglie Alloro
1 spicchio aglio
Rosmarino
sale
Pepe
olio
burro

Far marinare per qualche ora le cosce di pollo nel vino con l'Alloro, l'aglio a lamelle, Rosmarino, sale e Pepe. Scaldare olio e burro, adagiarvi le cosce di pollo e cuocerle per 45', spruzzandole con il vino della marinata filtrato. Servire ben calde.
