CONIGLIO TONNATO

coniglio_tonnato Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 coniglio lessato
300 g tonno sott'olio
verdure di cottura del coniglio
1 tazza circa Maionese
foglie di insalata
1 limone
sottaceti

Lessare il coniglio, disossarla e mettere la polpa a filetti su un vassoio foderato di insalata. Frullare le verdure del brodo (carota, sedano, cipolla) e il tonno, unire la Maionese e il succo di limone. Versare la salsa sul coniglio e decorare con sottaceti.
