CONIGLIO GRATINATO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


1 kg spezzatino di coniglio
2 uova
succo di limone
pangrattato
olio
sale

Passare lo spezzatino di coniglio nell'uovo salato e sbattuto e poi nel pan grattato. Scaldare in una padella olio abbondante e friggere i pezzi di coniglio.

Una volta cotti e scolati dall'olio salare e spruzzare di succo di limone. Servire caldi.
