CONIGLIO BURRO E SALVIA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


1 kg coniglio
50 g burro
2 rametti Salvia

Lavare il coniglio e tagliarlo a pezzi (almeno due pezzi a testa).

Mettere il coniglio in una teglia larga e bassa insieme al burro e alla Salvia.

Far rosolare a fuoco vivace, salare e coprire; proseguire la cottura a fuoco lento per 45 minuti.
