CARPACCIO AL FORNO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

300 g magatello di manzo affettato sottilmente
300 g champignons
100 g grana
olio
sale
Pepe

Ungere di olio una teglia da forno ed adagiarvi le fettine di carne. Pulire i funghi, tagliarli a lamelle sottili, distribuirli sulla carne, salare, pepare, irrorare con poco olio e ricoprire con il grana a scaglie. Mettere in forno caldo per 5 minuti e servire.
