CAPRETTO AL FORNO

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 10:
1.7 kg capretto
2 spicchi aglio
2 rametti Rosmarino
1 limone
8 cucchiai olio
1 kg patatine novelle
sale
Pepe

Tagliare il capretto a pezzi, metterlo in una teglia da forno, cospargerlo con abbondante olio, salare, pepare, unire il succo del limone, l'aglio e il Rosmarino e far cuocere in forno a circa 190' rigirandolo 2--3 volte. Nell'ultima mezz'ora aggiungere le patatine girandole per farle dorare.
