BISTECCHINE IN CARPIONE 

bistecchine_carpione Ingredienti:

400

g carne magra di vitello
2 uova
pangrattato
olio
aceto
aglio
1 cipolla piccola
Salvia

Preparate e cuocete le bistecchine impanate. Soffriggete in altro olio la cipolla e l'aglio tagliati a fettine sottili, aggiungete qualche foglia intera di Salvia, bagnate con aceto fino a cottura ultimata.

Disponete le fettine di carne su di un piatto di portata, versate la salsa, lasciate raffreddare e servite.
