Tritate un mazzo di prezzemolo con due spicchi d'aglio, due Acciughe e pestate il tutto in un mortaio, quindi unitevi 15 g di burro e dopo avere bene rimescolato passate allo staccio. Spruzzate sul piatto che volete servire un Mezzo limone e stemperate quella salsa sopra. Preparate finalmente delle bistecche di magro di vitello arrostite alla graticola. Accomodatele sulla salsa e servite.
