BISTECCHE PICCANTI

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
4 bistecche di manzo da circa 100 g. l'una
4 cucchiai olio
1 cucchiaio salsa Worcester
1 cucchiaio succo di limone
2 cucchiai Brandy
sale

Emulsionare in una ciotola olio, salsa Worcester, succo di limone, Brandy e sale. Adagiare le bistecche su un piatto largo, irrorarle con questa salsa e lasciarle marinare per circa 2 ore. Cuocerle sulla griglia rovente 3--4 minuti per parte, irrorarle con la marinata e servirle calde.
