BISTECCHE AL CURRY

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 bistecche di manzo
2 mele renette
2 dl panna
poco vino bianco
1/2 limone
1.5 cucchiaini Curry
80 g burro
olio
sale

Impastare il Curry con poco olio e spalmarlo sulle bistecche. Irrorare le mele a spicchi con succo di limone. Scaldare 50 gr di burro, sistemarvi le mele in un solo strato, dorarle, salarle e tenerle in caldo. Unire al fondo di cottura il resto del burro e cuocervi le bistecche irrorandole con il vino. Unire al fondo di cottura la panna e far addensare. Servire le bistecche con le mele e la salsa alla panna.
