ARROSTO ALLO YOGURT

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

600 g vitello in un solo pezzo
50 g burro
1 spicchio aglio
1/2 l yogurt naturale
brodo di dado
sale
Pepe

Sciogliere il burro e rosolarvi la carne, coprirla con il brodo e farla cuocere per circa 1 ora. Mescolare lo yogurt con uno spicchio di aglio finemente tritato, un pizzico di sale e di Pepe.

Versare il tutto sull'arrosto poco prima di togliere dal fuoco.
