ARROSTO IN SALMI`

arrosto_salmi Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

1 kg arrosto di codino
1 l vino rosso
1 Sanguinaccio
carota
sedano
maggiorana
timo
Cannella
cipolla
pinoli
sale

Mettere in una casseruola l'arrosto con le verdure e il Sanguinaccio tagliati a pezzi; coprire con il vino, unire le erbe aromatiche, i pinoli, un pizzico di Cannella e il sale e lasciar macerare per circa 4 ore.

Fate cuocere per circa un'ora e 30 minuti, passare il fondo di cottura al setaccio, versarlo sulla carne tagliata a fette e servire.
