ARROSTO AL LATTE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1/2 kg sottonoce di vitello
1/2 l latte
300 g patate
20 g burro
2 foglie Alloro
1 carota
sedano
Basilico
sale

Soffriggere nel burro la carota, il sedano, l'Alloro e il Basilico tritati. Unire la carne e farla dorare, salare, coprirla con il latte e cuocere per 1 ora. Aggiungere le patate tagliate a pezzi e cuocere per un'altra 1/2 ora. Tagliare l'arrosto a fette, coprirlo con la salsa di cottura e contornare con le patate.
