ARROSTO AROMATICO

arrosto_aromatico Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

800 g carne di vitello
600 g zucchine
1 cipolla
1 bicchiere vino bianco
brodo
1 mazzetto prezzemolo
1 mazzetto Basilico
1 cucchiaino Semi di finocchio
olio
burro

Rosolare la carne in olio e burro. Unire la cipolla e farla appassire, bagnare con il vino e far evaporare. Cuocere lentamente unendo poco alla volta un po' di brodo caldo. Tagliare a bastoncini le zucchine, rosolarle in olio e burro e unirle alla carne quando sarà a metà cottura. Unire gli aromi e terminare la cottura.
