Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

800 g vitello
Rosmarino
timo
Pepe
sale
burro

Cospargere la carne di un trito di timo, Rosmarino, sale e Pepe; farla rosolare da tutti i lati, a fuoco vivo, in un tegame appena unto di burro.

Chiudere il tegame e far cuocere in forno caldo per circa 40 minuti.

Servire l'arrosto, caldo o freddo, tagliato a fette.
