SALSA DI CIPOLLA E YOGURT

Ingredienti:

Per 4 persone:

con la Bourguignonne
1 cipolla rossa
6 cetriolini tritati
1 yogurt naturale
2 uova sode
2 cucchiai Maionese

Tagliare la cipolla a fettine sottili, metterla a bagno con acqua e bicarbonato per almeno un paio d'ore. Scolarla, tritarla e mischiarla agli altri ingredienti.
