SALSA CALDA AGLI SPINACI

Ingredienti:

Per 4 persone:

con la Bourguignonne
300 g spinaci surgelati
latte
formaggio grana
burro

Lessare, scolare e tritare bene gli spinaci poi aggiungere il burro, il latte ed il grana esattamente come per preparare un puré di patate.
