SALSA ANDALUSA

Ingredienti:

Per 4 persone:

con la Bourguignonne
1 peperone verde dolce
2 cucchiai salsa di pomodoro
2 cucchiai Maionese

Pulire il peperone e scottarlo in acqua bollente per circa 3 minuti poi, se si riesce, pelarlo prima di tritarlo. Mischiare il tutto.
