Dosi per 4:

350 g yogurt intero
1 cucchiaio panna
qualche stelo erba cipollina

Lavorare lo yogurt con un cucchiaio di legno fino ad otenere una crema omogenea, poi amalgamarvi la panna. Ridurre a pezzettini piccolissimi l'erba cipollina e incorporarla alla crema di yogurt.

Salare, pepare e mettere mn frigorifero fino al momento di servire. Accompagnarla a verdure scottate in acqua bollente come fagiolini e cetrioli.
