ZUPPA DI ZUCCA SPEZIATA

1 kg zucca
brodo
Coriandolo
Noce moscata
1 manciata pan grattato

Tagliare la zucca a tocchetti, coprirla di brodo e porla a bollire finché tenera.

A questo punto, frullarla insieme con il brodo, aggiungere abbondante Coriandolo e Noce moscata macinati, ispessire con una manciata di pane grattato e terminare la cottura.
