ZUPPA VEGETARIANA

zuppa_vegetariana Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 carote
2 patate
2 rape
2 porri
1 mazzetto cicorino
2 cespi belga
1 cespo trevisana
1
5 l brodo
burro
olio
parmigiano

Rosolare in burro e olio le carote, le patate, le rape e i porri, unire quindi il cicorino, la belga e la trevisana tagliati a listarelle. Far stufare il tutto, bagnare con il brodo e cuocere per 45'. Poi unire una noce di burro e abbondante parmigiano.
