Dosi per 6:

300 g spinaci surgelati
1.5 l brodo
100 g passato di pomodoro
2 carote
2 patate
1 cucchiaio aneto fresco, tritato
succo di limone
1 pizzico zucchero
2 tuorli d'uovo

Lessare gli spinaci, tagliare a dadini patate e carote. Versare le verdure, il brodo, l'aneto tritato, sale, Pepe e il passato di pomodoro in una pentola. Portare ad ebollizione e cuocere per 1/2 ora. Unire lo zucchero e il succo di limone. Guarnire con tuorli di uova sode tritati.
