Dosi per 4:

500 g piselli surgelati
2 cipolle piccole
2 cucchiai olio
80 g prosciutto crudo in una Sola fetta
crostini di pane

Tagliare a dadini le cipolle e il prosciutto. Soffriggere il tutto in un tegame con l'olio. Unire i piselli, lasciare insaporire per 10 minuti. Coprire con un po' di acqua e regolare di sale. Cuocere per 20 minuti. Servire a piacere con crostini.
