Dosi per 4:

300 g Mozzarella
60 g pane casareccio
80 g Pecorino grattato
50 g burro
Noce moscata

Tostare il pane tagliato a fette. Imburrare una pirofila e formare degli strati con il pane, la Mozzarella tagliata a fettine, sale, Pepe, prezzemolo tritato, noce moscata e qualche fiocco di burro. Coprire il tutto con il brodo caldo e ricominciare l'operazione partendo dalle fette di pane. Mettere in forno a 220o per 20--25 minuti. Portare in tavola cospargendo di Pecorino.
