Dosi per 4:

4 fette pane in cassetta
200 g emmenthal
1 l brodo
1 bicchierino sherry

Grattugiare la metà del formaggio e tagliare a fettine il rimanente. Far tostare in forno le fette di pane, adagiare su ognuna una fetta di formaggio, infornare per qualche minuto e mettere nei singoli piatti. Portare ad ebollizione il brodo, unire lo sherry, versare nei piatti, cospargere con il formaggio grattugiato e il Pepe e servire.
