Dosi per 4:

400 g pomodori
250 g fagiolini Findus
2 patate
2 cipolle
pane secco

Cuocere per 10 minuti i pomodori pelati spezzettati, i fagiolini, la cipolla affettata con 1 bicchiere di olio di oliva e 1 di acqua. Unirvi 1,5 lt di acqua e cuocere fin quando le verdure saranno morbide. Quando la zuppa è cotta, cospargerla con prezzemolo e Basilico tritati. Versarla sulle fette di pane raffermo e servire.
