Le ricette di Pierre


Ingredienti per quattro:

1 kg zucca
2 carote
1 sedanopiccolo
150 g piselli
1 cipolla
1 pizzico Curry
1 pizzico Zafferano
1 Peperoncino fresco
1 bicchiere brodo vegetale
1 cucchiaino Miele millefiori

Preparare un soffritto con l'olio, il sedano e la cipolla tagliati fini ed un Peperoncino fresco tagliato a filetti (scartare i semi).

Unire quindi la zucca e le carote, precedentemente ridotti a cubetti e cotti a vapore per 20 minuti.

Unire i piselli, togliere il Peperoncino, unire le Spezie ed il Miele sciolto nel brodo, regolare di sale e terminare la cottura a fuoco moderato.
