Soffriggete porri e patate in un po' d'olio (per le dosi fidatevi dei vostri gusti personali e del vostro intuito, che immagino infallibli), aggiungete quindi poca acqua calda, quanto basta per lessare le verdure.

Quando sono cotte passate il tutto, magari usando strumenti insostituibili in cucina come il Mini Pimer.
