VELLUTATA DI PISELLI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g piselli surgelati
4 cucchiai farina
1 ciuffo prezzemolo
2 cucchiai burro
1/2 l brodo anche di dado
1 patata
sale

Lessare i piselli in acqua salata con la patata e a cottura ultimata passare tutto al setaccio. Far sciogliere il burro, unirvi la farina e un po' di brodo, mescolare e aggiungere la Purea di piselli e patata. Tritare il prezzemolo e unirlo alla minestra poco prima di servire in tavola.
