vellutata_avocado Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g patate
2 porri
1 grosso avocado maturo
1 ciuffo prezzemolo
2 dadi
1/2 l latte
40 g burro
Pepe bianco

Fondere il burro, unire i porri a rondelle e farli appassire, insaporirli con Pepe e unire le patate a dadini e farle rosolare per qualche minuto. Bagnare con 1/2 l di acqua calda e con 2 cucchiai di latte, aggiungere i dadi e cuocere per circa 25'. Passare al frullatore, unire il prezzemolo tritato, la polpa di avocado frullata e il rimanente latte. Scaldare appena e servire.
