POLENTA CON IL "VINCOIC" 

Si mette il Sidro (vino di mele) in un recipiente capace e lo si fa bollire per 10-12 ore circa a fuoco lento.

Un'altra ricetta prevede di mettere a cuocere non il Sidro, ma succo di mela e di uva fragola.

Il vino tende ad ispessirsi e "gonfia" come il latte in ebollizione. Alla terza bollitura il "vincöic" è pronto e lo si puo' servire come contorno per la polenta.
