POLENTA CONCIA

Dosi per 4

Versare 600 g di farina di polenta di Granturco o di Grano Saraceno in 2 litri di acqua bollente salata. Cuocere finché la polenta sarà tenera.

Unire 100 g di burro, 250 g di Fontina affettata, 50 g di pancetta affumicata tritata finemente e 200 g di fagioli lessi.

Cuocere per 10' a fiamma dolce, rimescolando. Aggiustare di sale e servire.
