PASSATO DI PISELLI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

750 g piselli novelli
2 foglie Alloro
1 spicchio aglio
1 Peperoncino
1/2 bicchiere olio
1 dado vegetale
Basilico
panna
crostini integrali abbrustoliti al forno

Soffriggere nell'olio l'aglio e il Peperoncino. Unire i piselli, il dado, 1 litro circa di acqua e l'Alloro. Cuocere per 1/2 ora, poi passare il composto e rimetterlo sul fuoco, incorporare la panna e cuocere ancora per pochi minuti. Profumare con il Basilico tritato e servire con i crostini.
